Andrew Robinson, MA, LCMHC
Mental Health Therapist
As a therapist, my passion is helping individuals find more effective ways to manage their thoughts, emotions, and behavior to connect with and pursue what they care about in life. Whether you are feeling stuck or simply looking to make a positive change, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and exploring your thoughts and feelings.
I specialize in working with college students and young professionals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, men's issues, and life and career transitions. I would be honored to work with you to help you achieve your goals.
With past experience as a K-12 teacher and in leadership and career development in higher education, I have always loved helping people discover their strengths and unique paths to success. I take an existential/behavioral approach that draws on techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy.
Finding a therapist is a personal decision, and I want to make sure that you feel comfortable with me before we start working together. Please do not hesitate to reach out to schedule a consultation, or ask any questions you might have!
