Natalie Mullins, MSW, LCSW-A

Mental Health Therapist

Life is full of unexpected challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. Facing these challenges alone can feel isolating. Therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotions such as anxiety, depression, loneliness, shame, grief, and more—helping you work toward meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered, heard, and truly understood.

I specialize in supporting individuals aged 16 and older as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, tailoring each session to meet you exactly where you are. I also incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), motivational interviewing, and Socratic questioning.

Taking the first step toward therapy can be transformative, and I’d be honored to walk this journey with you. My priority is building a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship that allows you to show up as your true self. If my approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation. I look forward to connecting with you!
